Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to your original packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original components and documentation are included inside.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned kitchenware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
