Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our cookware and home essentials.

What is the best way to clean my Rachael Ray nonstick cookware?

To preserve the life of the nonstick coating, we recommend hand washing with a mild dish soap and a soft sponge. While some items are dishwasher safe, hand washing prevents the harsh chemicals in detergents from wearing down the surface over time.

Is your bakeware oven-safe to high temperatures?

Yes, most Rachael Ray bakeware is oven safe up to 450°F (232°C). However, we always recommend checking the specific product details for items with silicone grips or specialized coatings to ensure proper usage.

How long does shipping take for my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days within the contiguous United States. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased directly from our store. Products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to be eligible for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Many of our cookware and stoneware collections come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase for warranty claims.

Can I use Rachael Ray cookware on an induction stovetop?

Induction compatibility depends on the specific collection. Our stainless steel and specific aluminum lines with bonded stainless steel bases are induction-ready, while standard hard-anodized or porcelain enamel aluminum pieces are not.
